Description

Our law firm is currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of a Data Entry Specialist. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the law office, providing administrative support to enhance office effectiveness, drafting legal documents, copying, mailing, E-filing, corresponding amongst other departments to ensure smooth running of the office, effective case management and performing a broad range of substantive and administrative tasks, and needs to be proficient in utilizing technology to carry out those tasks.

Looking for applicants with great work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, organizational skills, ability to multitask, self-motivator, strong attention to detail and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace and willingness to learn and help wherever needed. Must be a dedicated professional with a positive attitude.

Position Requirements
  • Prior legal experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, customer service and communication skills
  • Able to take direction and work independently
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable operating and learning computer programs and web-based systems
  • Compensation : $16-$17/hr.
  • Work Location: On-Site in Winston-Salem,NC
