As a CNA2 at Asante, you will have the opportunity to earn the following shift differentials:
* $1.21 extra per hour for hours worked between 3:00pm-11:00pm
* $2.05 extra per hour for hours worked between 11:00pm-7:00am
* $1.05 extra per hour for hours worked on weekend shifts

What You'll Do
* Become a vital member of the patient care team and build a strong relationship with the RNs
* Promote patient safety and comfort while actively participating in patient satisfaction
* Demonstrate advanced Responsive Observations knowledge base in practice of care
* Document patient and family responses and effectiveness of teaching and interventions per department standards
* Provide excellent communication between staff and patients and patient families
* Promote and maintain Asante's Vision and Values

What You Must Have
* CNA-2 certified by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis - such as transferring a patient in and out of a bed. The ability to bend, stretch, twist and perform other awkward physical movements is also required.
