$1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information on billing, account status, and order inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations.
  • Collaborate with team members and share insights to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts with a calm demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
