THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Atlanta, GA
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information on billing, account status, and order inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations.
- Collaborate with team members and share insights to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts with a calm demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
