As VIP Supervisor, you'll manage the daily operations of the Signature Lounge and help ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience at MotorCity.
Additionally, you'll:
* Maintain a high degree of professional excellence throughout the Signature Lounge.
* Supervise, train, and develop associates.
* Work closely with culinary operations to ensure that food and beverage offerings are excellent quality.
* Establish and meet monthly goals for the purpose of continually improving the Signature Lounge.
* Produce monthly reports that consist of revenue, staffing, and operational updates.
* Remain up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in VIP service.
* Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
