As one of the nation's premier wall and ceiling specialty contractors, Precision Walls, Inc. (PWI) offers you an opportunity to join our team. Make a difference and promote the progress of construction We are seeking experienced Division 10/12 Installers in commercial work which includes but not limited to toilet partition, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher/ cabinets, visual displays, wall protection and numerous other miscellaneous items.

Significant Responsibilities:

* Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories
* Experience with all types and ranges of commercial Items
* Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings
* Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections .
* Ability to work independently on jobsites
* Oversee less experienced installers/laborers
* Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations
* Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced Installation.
* Identify/Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan
* Other duties as assigned

Requirements/ Experience:

* Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform.
* Has the experience to be safe with baker scaffolding, and ladders
* Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence
* Compliant with safety procedures
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction
* Dependable Transportation
* Blinds and electronic blinds experience
* Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
