**As a Customer Service Representative at Copeland, You Will:**

+ Provide pricing and availability and attend to order management queries from Vilter customers. (RMA's)

+ Assist customers on general product inquiry and ensure that the information is accurate.

+ Attend production meetings to obtain order information to update customers on order status. Attend to customers concerns on shipping dates which include but not limited to credit for shortage, debit for overage, etc. which may require research and analysis. Cross functional collaboration.

+ Majority of the workload is via email queue, intermixed with occasional phone requests.

**Required Experience and Skills:**

+ At least 1 year experience in corporate customer service function.

+ Demonstrated professional written communication.

+ Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

+ Attention to detail, organization and strong interpersonal skills.

+ Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

**Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:**

+ Four (4) years customer service experience in industrial or commercial parts supply.

+ Associates degree.

**Schedule**

The facility works 24 hours a day and typically 5 days a week. Our core office hours range anywhere between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and are flexible given we work together to best support business demands as well as the needs of our customers around the world.

The 150-year history of the Vilter brand tells a rich story of perseverance and drive to cultivate continuous innovation within the industrial refrigeration and gas compression industries. We offer the latest products and solutions for industrial refrigerators and oil and gas compression. Approximately 225 employees work in Cudahy, who all support a multitude of business functions.
