Director of Nursing Qualifications:
  • Current and active RN license in the state.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a senior living or senior living facility, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role as a Director of Nursing or similar.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing nursing care plans and policies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong commitment to resident-centered care and quality improvement.

Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing care services, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans, policies, and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of nurses and nursing assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee medication administration, resident assessments, and care coordination with other healthcare providers.
  • Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the quality of care.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and other team members.
