ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Charline Espinoza - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • BOD tasks 
  • Assist customer with claims 
  • Take payments
  • Multi-line sales 
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary with a tiered commission structure: earn up to 8% on Property & Casualty premiums
- Licensing expenses reimbursed after the first 6 months.
- Competitive bonus structure.
- - Base plus commission & Bonus can make as much as $28 - $36 + per hour with Multiline sales.

QUALIFICATIONS: Obtain property and casualty license as well as life and health. 

Bilingual Spanish is Encouraged to Apply.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • ECRM and Salesforce experience a plus 
  • Necho Experience a Plus

  • Hold an active insurance license
