Family Counseling Associates realizes that our exceptional staff strengthens our practice. We support our clinicians in building a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We are currently seeking a licensed therapist for our Braintree, Massachusetts location.

Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if they are full-time. Additional days on-site is required.

Compensation:

* The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

* Clear & active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
* Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
* Experience working with children or adolescents.
* Experience with couples or family counseling
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

* Two years of clinical experience.
* A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth.

* Solid computer and basic technology skills are needed.
