**Role: Loan IQ Project Analyst/Manager**

**Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)**

**Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion**

**Job description:**

The Loan IQ project analyst/Manager will be responsible for supporting multiple product owners with the gathering and assembling of various requirements and the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the supported programs. A working knowledge of Loan IQ is required with experience booking and servicing bi-lateral loans, syndicated loans, traded deals and mapping data from one platform to another. Excellent communication & presentation skills are required as we present findings and provide overall program updates to senior leaders

**Qualifications**

- 5 - 10 years relevant experience in financial services or similar industry

- Background and/or exposure to platform transformation and related operational and financial impacts in detail

- 3+ year's experience with LoanIQ

- Experience with Flexcube platform desirable

- Experience managing multiple UAT efforts which are in flight, globally

- Agile methodology for program execution

- JIRA used

- Proven track record in application implementation and system integration across multiple platforms.

- Strong analysis and documentation skills

- Demonstrated ability to assess complex issues, structure potential solutions, and drive to resolution with operations staff and senior stakeholders.

- Track record of managing work to achieve milestones on time and within budget in a high-pressure environment

- Technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and industry standard project management tools.

**Education:**

+ Finance, Business Administration or Engineering bachelor's degree preferred
