Apogee Engineering is seeking a Registrar Support Scheduler in Colorado Springs, CO to support the Apogee Training Center.

What you'll be doing:

* Manage all aspects of student registration program and provide support to corporate and Government program reviews and briefings
* Support the registration process, which includes but is not limited to:
* Register students for the directed courses within 10 business days
* Coordinate with security to ensure students have proper clearances
* Coordinate with students registering for courses
* Assist with student travel arrangements (list of hotels, local airports and rental car facilities) and sending emails to students with course documentation, schedules, prerequisites, and security procedures
* Coordinate with IA to ensure student paperwork is completed for computer accounts


* Create and maintain rosters for all classes
* Accurately and promptly record attendance for all students
* Establish and thereafter manage program files IAW Air Force Records Management Program
* Assist in the development of the master course schedule and submit to the COR for approval
* Ensure courses are properly loaded into toolkit and the registration page
* Provide support for document preparation, database entry and records maintenance
* Maintain and improve systems for course registration and academic advising
* Coordinate with outside agencies to schedule students for courses

What you'll need:

* High School diploma with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and experienced in maintaining databases
* Experience with an educational environment and office environment

Benefits:

* Apogee offers two medical plans, a high deductible health plan with a HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military and jury duty paid leaves. Regular part time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.
* This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
* The pay range for this position is $22.24 - $37.06 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
