Client Retention Specialist

Location:
Hybrid Remote / Alpharetta

Pay Range: $18-22 / hour depending on experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Communicates value proposition to new and current accounts to ensure clients maximize benefits
  • Identifies additional areas of opportunity or clarification needed for clients based on call results
  • Identifies retention trends and coordinates resolution actions with management
  • Provides timely follow-up on all accounts
  • Leverages multiple mediums to ensure best-fit communication with accounts
  • Works with clients to amicably resolve issues in a way that encourages loyalty
  • Other duties as directed by Experience Team Manager or Leadership
Experience, Skills and Abilities
  • Customer service experience including interaction with a large customer base
  • Highly motivated with a positive spirit
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
  • with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of high-functioning, fast-moving team
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, with high capability in Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams
  • Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with businesses
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to change with ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
