Flutes, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners and corrugated manufacturing industry leader, currently has opportunities available for Clamp Truck Operators in Indianapolis, IN As a Clamp Truck Operator, you will operate the clamp truck in a safe but expeditious manner to unload incoming rolls, move rolls to/from the corrugator as needed for production, accurately tag all new rolls/goods with proper identification and bar codes, and perform/document daily inspection of the clamp truck.

FLUTES INC. REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Ability to read, understand instructions, and communicate effectively.
  • Basic math skills and must be able to read a tape measure.
  • Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality.
  • Ability to function as a mature professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates.
  • The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team.
  • Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment.
  • Must follow all safety and company policies and report any issues or incidents immediately.
  • Must complete online safety training each month as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.35 - $24.55 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
