Position Description

As a CNC Machinist - Swiss Screw (Lathe), you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

* Setting up, running and operating CNC Swiss Screw (Lathe) (Citizen L-12, Citizen L-20, Citizen Cincom, Tornos DECO, Star SR20R, SwissTec, Coherent StarCut) machines in a production environment
* Read and interpret blueprints and manufacture parts within specifications
* Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) using precision measuring instruments and ensure parts conform to the blueprints

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

* Work flexible and extended hours as needed (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift)
* Be a detail-oriented and quality-minded individual
* Possess basic machine shop math skills and ability to perform calculations
* Experience with Star, Citizen, and Deco
* Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, etc.
* Work experience related to CNC machining
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment



Benefits

The base compensation range for this role is $20 - $25 / hour for the position in California. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in California based on the date of this job posting. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range compensation package during your hiring process.

Please understand that the compensation range may be modified in the future. Each amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation once such amount is earned and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefit or any other form of compensation may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.

The total compensation package for this position may also include [bonuses and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans].
