Summary of Position/Purpose:

The Coordinator directs, controls, and monitors the activities of the company’s Warranty Service Technicians. At the same time the Coordinator maintains contact with customers & builder representative: to let them know when the Warranty Technician is on the way, if the Warranty Technician is running late, and if an appointment might need to be rescheduled. In addition to monitoring and directing Technicians’ activities and alerting customers, a Coordinator makes important scheduling decisions based on many variables related to time and distance, skill levels and job priority. With all of this going on, a Coordinator is expected to respond quickly and calmly to problems, schedule changes and handle emergency calls with guidance from the Service Manager as needed.

The Coordinator contributes to the company’s bottom line by maximizing Warranty Technician efficiency, nurturing customer & builder relations while building a positive company image.
