Field Accounts Payable Specialist
What Do You Offer Us?
* Update and Maintain AP log for Vendor invoices.
* Volume of 400-600 invoices per month.
* Enter vendor tickets received from field into log.
* Clear open items once invoices are received with actual invoice amount.
* Contact Vendor to ensure timely issuance of invoices and proper supporting documentation.
* Determine Reimbursement status of invoices received.
* Review and Approve invoices in the AP system for payment and proper coding.
* Correct coding as needed provide information to ensure proper invoicing of reimbursable expenses to customers.
* Maintain open AP in system to ensure approval within 10 days of invoice entry.
* Work with Biller to provide correct information to invoice to customer.
* Weekly submission of Prior week AP log to FP&A on Tuesdays by end of the day.
* Fast Paced environment with High Volume and Overtime hours anticipated.
* General administrative duties, other tasks as assigned by Management.

What is Required?
* High School Diploma or GED
* Heavy AP background
* Possess high level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
* Ability to work in a construction environment with field and office personnel present
* Good writing and editing skills
* Intermediate level of proficiency or above in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Specifically MS Excel, pivot tables and graphs
* Knowledge of general office machines/phones
* Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
* High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
* Ability to prioritize daily tasks
This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.
