EquipmentShare is searching for a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialists for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to help us support our Accounting team as we continue to grow.
This temporary employment will conclude Aug/Sept 2024
Primary Responsibilities:
Enter and balance accounts payable transactionsMonitor credit card charges and coding for expensesAssist with various accounting team projectsSupport Finance team with recurring monthly spreadsheets using Excel, Google Sheets, Pivot tables and VlookupsAssist Financial administrators with help as neededProcess accounts payable transactionsPost all invoices into the accounting systemHandle and resolve disputed invoicesRequest credits from vendors and reconcile company credit card accountsPrepare vendor payments and create client invoicesWhy We’re a Better Place to Work

Skills & Qualifications
Associate’s degree in accounting or a relevant field 1+ years of experience or college students with degree focus in finance, accounting and analyticsStrong foundation in spreadsheets (Pivot tables, filters, formulas) Excel and Google SheetsStrong verbal and written communicationAbility to communicate clearly with senior managementAbility to function as a team playerEnthusiasm to join a team that’s growing quickly and making a difference in the industryEquipmentShare is an EOE M/F/D/V
