STARTING RATE: $13.9902 (plus tips)

THE JOB

It is the primary responsibility of the Service Attendant to expedite guests' drink orders and provide beverage and bus service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

DAY TO DAY

* Take order, serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable


* Place order, garnish and serve cocktails to guests


* Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures


* Answer telephone in service areas and direct calls where necessary


* Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations and tables


* Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries


* Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft



IDEAL CANDIDATE

* Prior experience in a similar role.


* Prior experience working in a high-volume setting.


* Prior involvement in fine dining or luxury establishments.


* Strong attention to detail.


* Impeccable presentation and professionalism.


* Ability to multitask efficiently.


* Ability to accommodate a flexible part-time/on-call schedule, with various hours as required by business needs.


* Comfortable with working in outside weather conditions.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.


* Must be 21 years of age or older


* Must have TAM card, Sheriff's card, and Food Handlers License
