Overview

Join Road Runner Sports as our HRIS & Payroll Coordinator, in this position your primary responsibilities include managing and coordinating all aspects of the Road Runner Sports Human Resources Information Systems. In this role you will be the subject matter expert on our HRIS, ATS and Time Keeping system with a focus on system optimization, reporting and data accuracy within each system. You will develop and implement news systems capabilities and define a roadmap for operational changes in workflow to achieve efficiencies in the HR Department workflow. This position will also play and integral role in the by weekly processing payroll on a by weekly bases this will include auditing data, running reports, and preparing data for payroll processing.

What you will get to do as an HRIS & Payroll Coordinator:

HRIS

* Responsible for management of time and attendance system (Kronos) this will include edits needed due to systems issue, access issues, or organizational structure issues.
* Daily review and correction in the time and attendance systems in addition to resolving other systems issues.
* Granting users access and password resets.
* Make any necessary edits to the company's organization structure within our time and attendance systems.
* Run daily activity reports and upload file from ADP
* Make any updates to the ADP validation tables, as company fields are added, removed, or edited
* Field and resolve any iCIMS access or system issues
* Make any updates to iCIMS tasks as new hire documents are added / removed, Ensure new hire onboarding packages are updated appropriately as documents are added or removed
* Investigate and resolve any connector issues between the HR systems
* On a bi-weekly basis, run ADP audits to ensure employees are coded to the correct
* Ensure all hours paid via manual check are in Kronos

Payroll

* Payroll processing back-up
* Pre-payroll audits (missing punches, excessive OT, active team members with zero hours/high hours)
* Manual checks during payroll processing
* Maintaining the balance log.
* Administering anniversary bonuses, correspondence, and gift certificates.
* Enter garnishments
* Preview audit prior to submitting final payroll
* Post payroll audits

Other

* Support the creation and ongoing generation and distribution of an HR Dashboard
* Verification Of Employment
* Review meal break violations and communicate recurring violations to Manager / Senior Managers
* Update the RRS ADP homepage, as needed

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year University; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


* Leadership skills including: Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision making skills, effective delegation and validation and the ability to efficiently execute daily priorities
* Ability to perform the basic functions of the job.
* Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format.
* Must demonstrate an openness to feedback and ability to be open minded and adaptable to changing priorities

Compensation Min

USD $25.00/Hr.

Compensation Max

USD $26.50/Hr. Responsibilities HRIS - Kronos edits needed due to systems issue, access issues, or organizational structure issues - On a daily basis, review and correct any Kronos Transaction Assistant errors that require resolution - Field and assist with user access issues and password resets - Make any necessary edits to the company's organization structure within Kronos, as positions or locations are added - Run and save the daily Kronos Upload CSV file from ADP - Make any updates to the ADP validation tables, as company fields are added, removed, or edited - Field and resolve any iCIMS access or system issues - Make any updates to iCIMS tasks as new hire documents are added / removed, Ensure new hire onboarding packages are updated appropriately as documents are added or removed - Investigate and resolve any connector issues between the HR systems - On a bi-weekly basis, run ADP audits to ensure employees are coded to the correct fields(state lived in and worked, Worker category, FLSA, etc. - Ensure all hours paid via manual check are in Kronos Payroll - Payroll processing back-up - Pre-payroll audits (Kronos missing punches, excessive OT, active team members with zero hours/high hours) - Manual checks during payroll processing - Race Reimbursements to payroll - Maintaining the balance log. - Administering anniversary bonuses, correspondence, and gift certificates. - Enter garnishments - Preview audit prior to submitting final payroll - Post payroll audits Other - Support the creation and ongoing generation and distribution of an HR Dashboard - Verification Of Employment/VOI - Review meal break violations and communicate recurring violations to Manager / Senior Managers - Update the RRS ADP homepage, as needed QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as employee taxes, hours work, commission, and percentages. Ability to read, understand and evaluate statistical reports. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills; specifically Word and Excel.
