Live-In Caregiver

We have openings for kind, compassionate, dedicated Live-In caregivers who have experience working with seniors.  

  •   Caregivers, Nursing Assistants and/or Home Health Aides who are looking for a rewarding career.
  • No certification required
  • In this position our caregivers live-in our client’s home for an entire week, typically from Wednesday to Wednesday.               

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months experience: Caregiving/Senior care experience (home care, assisted living, nursing home, hospital, or hospice)

·        At least 18 years old

·        Pass criminal background check

·        Work for a week at a time (LIVE-IN)

·        Complete 2 days in person orientation

Responsibilities:

·        Personal cares (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, skin care, etc)

·        Assistance with re-positioning, exercise, ambulation, and transfers

·        Medication reminders and administration

·        Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, and assisting with activities

·        Observing and reporting client status updates and changes

Live-In caregiver benefits:

·        Average income - $51,800 a year

·        Weekly pay with direct deposit

·        Holiday pay

·        Work every other week

·        Reward incentives & referral bonuses

·        Meals provided

·        Ongoing in-services for continuing education

**We do not offer any relocation packages or compensation for out of state candidates**

We serve the following counties: Anoka, Benton, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Le Sueur, McLeod, Meeker, Mille Lacs Ramsey, Rice, Scott, Sherburne, Sibley, Stearns, Washington, and Wright.
