Description: Secretary works under the direction of the principal and Executive Secretary and assists in the efficient operation of the school. This individual acts as receptionist, either on the phone or in person, assists parents, teachers and other visitors at the school. Primary responsibilities include attendance, computer work, supervision and support of students in the office and administering medications or minor first aid when school nurse is not present.

Schedule will be determined upon hiring, 9.25 months per year.

Qualifications: Secretarial experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED

Working Conditions: School office that can range from very noisy and active to quiet. Skills require ability to multi-task and to be a positive and welcoming member of our team.
