**Description:**

Our Server Assistants play a crucial role in supporting our Food Servers and ensuring that every guest receives attentive and efficient service. As a Seasonal Server Assistant, you will work closely with our Food Servers to provide outstanding service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Food Server in serving guests, ensuring that orders are delivered promptly and accurately. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights, and continual customer contact. Your role is essential in creating a positive dining experience for our guests and supporting the overall success of our restaurant.

+ Assist the Food Server in taking and delivering food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

+ Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for the next guest seating, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

+ Ensure that all condiments, utensils, and other necessary items are stocked and readily available for guests.

+ Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order delivery and ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled.

+ Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries.

+ Communicate effectively with the Food Server and other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

+ Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

+ Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, following company procedures and protocols.

**Qualifications:**

+ Previous experience as a server assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

+ Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

+ Physical stamina and the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights for extended periods.

+ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

+ A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
