Responsibilities:

* Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting as they arrive at the restaurant.
* Provide information about table availability and wait times, ensuring guests are seated promptly and efficiently.
* Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations, such as seating preferences or dietary restrictions.
* Offer menu recommendations and provide information about specials or promotions to enhance the dining experience.
* Communicate effectively with guests to address any concerns or questions they may have, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
* Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate seating and maintain an organized and efficient seating chart.
* Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the Hyatt brand with pride and integrity.
* Previous experience as a restaurant host/hostess is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
