Our online application platform streamlines the process, saving time, frustration, and stress, but at the heart of everything we do, is our commitment to building genuine relationships and providing personalized support to the senior veterans and families we serve.

That's where YOU come in As our Client Success Specialist, you'll be the ultimate champion for our veteran clients, helping them find the way to navigate a difficult process with ease.

We are looking for a passionate self-starter with the ability to educate Veterans and Surviving Spouses throughout the country about the Department of Veterans Affairs' Aid and Attendance Pension and our Aid and Attendance application software. This is a business office environment and customer interactions are via phone and email. Essentials duties and responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will educate veterans, surviving spouses, and their families about the pension benefit through the sale of our application software:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach from inbound inquiries.
• Use empathy and skillset to qualify and prioritize potential leads, ensuring they align with company goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of new clients and drive revenue growth.
• Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, using SalesForce.
• Communicate regularly with management on progress, opportunities, and challenges, and proactively seek feedback to improve performance continuously.
• Actively listen and assess families' needs to find the best solutions.
• Employee must work exclusively for SilverAssist unless approved by President. Required skills & experience
• 1+ years of sales or customer service, required
• Punctual team player who thrives in fast paced environments
• Excellent phone presence
• Enjoys the challenge of phone sales
• Empathetic to veterans, seniors and their families during the difficult transition
• Great communicator who is outgoing and compassionate.

• Ability to learn and utilize Salesforce and any future CRM
• Ability to efficiently utilize Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive Education
• High school diploma or equivalent
• College education & degree preferred

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually
