* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology Required
* Active/unrestricted medical license in Florida Required
* Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License Required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
