Doctorate of Medicine
Education PreferredDoctorate of Medicine
Experience- Over 5 years Family Practice Experience Preferred
- Over 5 years Pediatric Experience Preferred
- 1-2 years Rheumotology Experience Preferred
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology Required
- Active/unrestricted medical license in Florida Required
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
