Job Overview - Customer Service Associate - JO#33294
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls with empathy and efficiency. They will need to gather information from callers to determine eligibility for services and evaluate requests. The Customer Service Associate will need to to utilize a CRM system and the MS Office Suite to collect data, open cases, and create new records. The Customer Service Associate will answer questions, resolve issues, and provide recommendations and solutions. The Customer Service Associate will be expected to meet performance metrics for quality and accuracy.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in high-volume call center(s)
* Experience with case management or claims processing
* Experience with CRM software
* Experience achieving KPIs
* Data entry
* Team player
* Strong software proficiency
* Proficiency with all MS Office applications
* Bachelor's degree preferred
