District Justice Secretary Trainee

LOCATION: Westmoreland County/Allegheny Township

10th Judicial District of Pennsylvania

PAY RATE: Union Pay Grade 9

Starting Hourly Wage - $18.41

JOB DUTIES: The purpose of this position is to provide secretarial

and administrative support in an automated environment to the Magisterial District Judge, including maintaining court dockets and files, collecting and disbursing monies and preparing reports, etc.

Position Summary

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Business School graduate or High School graduate with technical training in secretarial skills, bookkeeping and computer operations and at least one year secretarial, bookkeeping, or similar experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
