At North Lake Care Center, we are dedicated to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest. We have a modern, comfortable, and secure facility staffed by caring professionals, where each individual receives the finest sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services and 24-hour skilled nursing care.

Responsibilities of the Driver:

  • Transport residents to medical appointments and recreational activities according to established schedules and allotted                  times. 
  • Assist residents entering and exiting the facility’s vehicle.
  •  Drive facility’s vehicle to events and activities outside the facility, as necessary.
  •  Coordinate with facility medical and nursing personnel regarding transporting residents to scheduled medical appointments.
  •  Coordinate with Activities Director and Activities Assistant regarding transporting residents to scheduled activities.
  •  Ensure that emergency equipment (i.e., triangles, fire extinguisher, and first-aid kit) is available and in good working condition.
  •  Recommend to your supervisor the equipment and supply needs for the Facility’s vehicle.
  •  Assist in the moving and arranging of equipment and supplies to assure that the Facility’s vehicle is ready for scheduled                 appointments and activities.
  •  Maintain an incident and accident-free driving record.

 Requirements of the Driver:  

  •  One (2) years experience operating a company vehicle.
  •   Must have a clean driving record.
