Responsibilities

* Evaluate and update existing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure content is current and remains applicable
* Standardize EHS document format and appearance (policies, procedures, guidelines)
* Update EHS information currently posted on internal web portal an ensure an organized presentation is provided to our internal customers
* Evaluate EHS training materials and provide improvements with updated content and graphics relevant to the subject matter and to our company culture
* Evaluate a site emergency preparedness plan and organize a training and drill event
* Prepare a statistical analysis of incidents related to job practice
* Other duties relating to EHS as assigned

Qualifications

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
* Well organized, good communication skills and a desire to learn
* Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a team environment
* Understanding of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Code of Federal Regulations and applicability to general industry
* Currently pursing studies towards a degree in Occupational Health Safety and can demonstrate good academic standing
