Seasonal Greeter- Osteria Sierra AM

**Description:**

As a Seasonal Greeter, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression for their dining experience. Your interactions with guests will influence their overall perception of our restaurant, making your role essential to ensuring guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing table accommodations, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring that guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their visit. Previous experience as a restaurant host/hostess is invaluable for this position, as your skills will contribute to your success as a Greeter at Hyatt.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting as they arrive at the restaurant.

+ Provide information about table availability and wait times, ensuring guests are seated promptly and efficiently.

+ Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations, such as seating preferences or dietary restrictions.

+ Offer menu recommendations and provide information about specials or promotions to enhance the dining experience.

+ Communicate effectively with guests to address any concerns or questions they may have, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.

+ Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate seating and maintain an organized and efficient seating chart.

+ Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the Hyatt brand with pride and integrity.

**Qualifications:**

+ Previous experience as a restaurant host/hostess is preferred.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

+ Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

+ A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
