Job description

Crew Members deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards to all our guests. Will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment giving guests a reason to return.

Responsibilities

* Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
* Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
* Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
* POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
* Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
* Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully

Operational Standards

* Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
* Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
* Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws

Skills and Qualifications

* Fluent in English
* Capable of counting money and making change
* Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
