PBI-Gordon Corporation, an innovative turf and ornamental solutions provider, is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join its team in Shawnee, KS. This opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule, with in-office presence required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll provide outstanding service while developing strong relationships with customers and internal team members. Your role will involve accurately entering purchase orders and returns, researching and processing payments, keeping the database updated with the latest information, and ensuring all customer inquiries are handled timely and professionally.

Position Requirements:
• High school diploma required; some college or equivalent work experience preferred
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to ensure accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
