YOUR DAY AS A SCHEDULER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As a Scheduler - Customer Service Rep, you are the mastermind behind our efficient scheduling operations. Your keen organizational skills and attention to detail shine as you expertly coordinate appointments, ensuring our customers' needs are promptly met. With a friendly and proactive approach, you interact with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries with professionalism and grace. You love creating a seamless experience for our valued customers and enjoy being a key player in our success


YOUR HOURS AS A SCHEDULER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

This office position enjoys a work-life-balanced schedule of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 6:30 am - 3:00 pm.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer skills, including the ability to use or learn Google Drive, Google Calendar, email, and other relevant software
  • Great phone and customer service skills
