The purpose of the Accounting Coordinator role is to efficiently and effectively service our customers both directly and indirectly (behind the scenes) in a way that leads to future business from them in the form of repeat work and/or referrals with the objectives of our Mission Statement at the forefront. Responsibilities:

* Daily Invoicing
* Manage Email
* Payroll
* AP and AR


* KPI and Financial Reporting Daily


* Data Entry
* Accomplishes accounting and organization mission and goals
* Analyze existing processes and identify areas of improvement
* Backup support to incoming phone calls
