Full job description

Interim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LNA to join our team. This 1:1 LNA will be responsible for providing healthcare services to a child with Down's Syndrome during the after school hours. This child needs assistance with toileting and dietary needs for dysphagia.

Hours are be 3:30 - 7:30pm Monday through Thursday

Our Licensed Nursing Assistants enjoy some excellent benefits:

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:

* Provide personal care and support our client
* Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation and companionship
* Document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
* Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
* Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies

A few must-haves:

* High school diploma (or equivalent) and active LNA license in the state of NH
* Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
* Must be able to lift 50 LBS with no restrictions
* Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation
