We offer a competitive salary range of $65-$85 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a fulfilling career, you will have access to education assistance, 50+ hours per week including Per Diem differential, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to formulate individualized resident care plans, update care plans as necessary, and participate in Resident Care Plan Meetings.
  • Institute care protocols as indicated, including falls prevention, safety and elopment, behavior management, weight management, skin integrity, bowel/bladder management, infection control guidelines (Standard Precautions), and pain assessment and management.
  • Assess and document changes in residents' physical or mental status, reporting findings to the primary care physician and treatment team, and provide complete clinical data to facilitate decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited college, University or nursing school.
  • Long term care facility and specialized knowledge of nursing care of the elderly and rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
  • Must hold a registered nursing (RN) license within the State of New Hampshire.
