Job Summary

Our Construction Management team is seeking a Deputy Sector Manager to join the team This person will be responsible for assisting with leading and growing our Highway and Bridge team in NJ.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Oversee all PMCM projects with various clients.


* Manage staff working on projects within the group.


* Responsible for successful delivery of projects.


* Monitor budgets and schedules of projects.


* Identify potential project prospects and lead preparation of technical proposals (narratives) to support marketing efforts.


* Prepare and participate in proposal presentations.


* Will be responsible for the Group's Sales Goal.


* Partner with internal Talent Attraction team to help identify, interview and recommend potential candidates to be hired for the team.


* Maintain membership in professional societies.


* Manage all NJ PMCM Clients


* Other responsibilities as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDING EDUCATION and/or JOB EXPERIENCE):

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.


* P.E. license required and at least 20 years of experience in construction management of infrastructure projects.


* Experience working for various local, state and federal transportation agencies such as NJDOT, NJTA, NJ Transit, etc.


* Project Management Procedures (PMP's) and Project Management Guidelines (PMG's) familiarity a plus.
