Job Summary

The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for distributing and handling incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, including folding and inserting documents into envelopes. This role requires the ability to manage physical tasks and basic computer functions while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute and handle incoming and outgoing mail/faxes.

• Fold and insert documents into envelopes for mailing.

• Track information using computer systems (basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Perform occasional lifting of 50lbs or more with assistance.

• Ensure efficient processing and handling of mail within the organization.

Required Skills and Traits

• Reliability, punctuality, and excellent time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Basic computer skills for tracking and entering information.
