Location: East Hanover, NJ
Contract Duration: 6 months
Shift: 5 days per week, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
Salary: $23 per hour
Responsibilities:

Attention to Detail: Execute tasks with precision, adhering to strict instructions to ensure accuracy in mixtures and bakes.

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Minimum understanding and some experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Lab Experience: Ideally, a minimum of 2 years in a lab setting. Alternatively, a two-year degree in a science-related or similar technical field will be considered.

Support Prototyping and Trials: Assist in the development and execution of growth initiatives, brand value enhancements, and quality improvement launches through bench prototyping experiments and pilot plant trials.

Analytical Assessment: Conduct analytical assessments of products and prepare them for further analytical testing.

Sample Preparation: Prepare samples and necessary paperwork for consumer testing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Product Handling: Support the unpacking of shippers and product recycling processes to ensure environmental sustainability.

Sample Setup and Cleanup: Assist in setting up and cleaning up product review samples, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict instructions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lab setting preferred, or a two-year degree in a science-related or similar technical field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
