As a Service Technician, you are a key team member supporting the work of field operations. Your efforts contribute to the day-to-day contract operations of Rainbow Restoration. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and fellow team members. If you are self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic. Are you driven to project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction while working cooperatively with others to manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis? Specific Responsibilities:

* Driving company vehicles with trailers
* Ability to read and understand maps & directions
* Work with a team
* Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
* Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
* Meet deadlines
* Possess or have the ability and willingness to learn and participate in performing:
* Commercial grass cutting & snow removal
* Property maintenance
* Construction projects
* Maintain company assets (equipment, vehicles, etc.) keeping them clean, properly maintained and fully stocked to be available at all times
* Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required
* Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties

Job Requirements:

* We are a 24-hour emergency service company, and all team members are required to be on-call and respond when needed
* Valid Driver's License
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Professional appearance and personality
* Team player who can work independently
* Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
* Willing to train supporting team members (stewardship)
* Career minded mentality planning for future positions/ownership, not just looking for a job for today

Multiple Positions Available

Starting Compensation (based on number of certifications & experience):

* Service Technician (entry level/minimal experience): $14-$15 Hr.
* Service Technician 1: $14-$16 Hr.
* Service Technician 2: $16-$18 Hr.
* Service Technician 3: $18-$20 Hr.
* Lead Service Technician: $20+ Hr.
* Field Operations Manager: $22+ Hr.
* Project Manager: $22+ Hr.
