Your Role: As a Fine Dining Server, you will be essential in providing a delightful dining experience that meets the highest standards of elegance and quality. You will serve meals that not only nourish but also entertain, within a vibrant and upscale setting that values the finer things in life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to our residents and their guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our menu offerings, providing recommendations and personalizing meals to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Set up and maintain a clean, inviting dining environment consistent with luxury standards.
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely preparation and presentation of the highest quality meals.
- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.
Qualifications
What We Require:
- Minimum of three years of proven experience as a server in an upscale dining environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service by demonstrating superior service techniques and style.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- A mission-driven individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of seniors.
- Advanced knowledge of wine and spirits.
