As a Clinical Lead, you will be challenged, you will learn, and your compassion, skills, and ambition will be rewarded.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Manage a team of RVTs and Veterinary Assistants
- Demonstrate solid veterinary clinical skills and be a role model for the team
Basic required qualifications:
- Active CA-RVT license required
- 3+ years of recent experience in a fast-paced veterinary clinical setting
- Ability to lead by example and positively influence others by managing and participating in the mentorship and training of team members
- Consistent and reliable ability to perform mathematical calculations for drug doses, CRIs, confidently monitor anesthesia, client invoices and estimates, and other position-related calculations
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 4/10 Schedule
- Schedule flexibility needed

- Pay range $30 - $42 hourly, plus shift differentials. Compensation is based on skills, experience, and education.
