Education
High school graduate or equivalent
Experience / Qualifications
Possess detailed working knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the job.
Computer skill proficiency is necessary to perform and experience desired in this specific field.
American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider
Position Summary
The Mammography Technologist Assistant performs specific tasks supporting the delivery of patient care in the assigned area. Works under the direction of a Registered Technologist, Registered Nurse and/or Radiologist
Assistant assists the Women's Imaging Team and patients.
Demonstrates competency in the facility computer systems.
Demonstrates flexibility as needed to maintain workflow throughout the department.
Demonstrates proficiency in resolving customer problems.
Works with all staff to assist in patient throughput, scheduling, registration process as well as release of information.
