We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Assisted Living Resident Service Supervisor to join our team and uphold our commitment to excellence in resident care. We are currently looking for Per Diem Resident Services Supervisors.

Position Overview: The Resident Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the ongoing wellbeing of all assisted living residents. This role includes oversight and management of both professional and paraprofessional staff, ensuring that care and services are delivered in accordance with our organization's mission and policies. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assisted Living Program Director and other management staff to support the long-term, strategic growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the wellbeing and safety of all assisted living residents
  • Supervise and manage professional and paraprofessional staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of management staff, addressing resident and staff concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Assisted Living Program Manager to develop and implement strategies for the long-term growth and success of the program.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and staff activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and resident satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within an assisted living or similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively oversee a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in the absence of management staff.
  • Knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to resident care.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Rate:$31.78 per hour
