HSE leader that will be responsible for the oversight, maintenance, and optimization of our HSE systems and applications. This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of HSE-related software, databases, and technological tools to support our organization's commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, preferably in the HSE domain.
* Experience in administering and troubleshooting HSE Software applications.
* Ability to work effectively across and within diverse teams.
* Excellent facilitation, verbal and written (formal and technical) communication skills with a good command of the English language.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Strong execution skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure deliver quality results within standards and meet deadlines.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with an attention to detail.
* Experience using MS Office Suite including Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project and Outlook.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Administer, monitor, and maintain HSE systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HSE systems promptly, working with the IT Business Partners.
* Manage and organize HSE-related data within systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE systems with other enterprise applications for seamless data flow and reporting.
* Ensure interoperability between different HSE tools and platforms.
* Provide support to end-users in utilizing HSE systems effectively.
* Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency with HSE applications.
* Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HSE performance indicators.
* Generate regular reports for management to assess the effectiveness of HSE systems.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the HSE domain.
* Support with User Acceptance Testing on HSE System changes.
* Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in HSE systems and recommend upgrades or enhancements.
