Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC (KDS) is a brand new behavioral and mental health service provider with a unique holistic care approach for children in the PA region Managed by Administrators with a combined 40+ years of experience in working with infants, toddlers, children and youth with unique abilities. We are NOW HIRING BHTs Full-Time and Part-Time to join the KDS team

What will you do as a BHT

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to clients ages 0-5 within the home and/or community settings.
  • Implement the child's treament plan and goals under the supervison of a BCBA. 
  • Collect data to demonstrate client’s progress.  
  • Complete session notes.
  • Participate in agency required trainings and supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Completion of 40-hour training covering the RBT Task List 
  • Pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire and obtain certification 
  • Must pass background check upon hire
  • Reliable transportation

Summary

  • BHTs are responsible for providing comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays.
  • Part-time/Full-time position (days and hours of work are Monday through Friday), hours will fluctuate based on workload and client schedule with occasional weekend work based on client need.
