**Minimum Qualifications:**

Must possess sufficient educational background and/or experience to conduct clinical applications analysis and/or programming of intermediate to complex systems, analysis of clinical workflows, and system adoption strategies.

**Job Summary:**

This position is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of intermediate to highly complex clinical systems in compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies. Clinical applications include any software application used in support of the clinical enterprise including patient registration, patient billing, clinical documentation utilized in the ambulatory and inpatient settings, as well as applications for specific medical specialties such as, but not limited to, Radiology, Pathology, Oncology, Transplant, and Cardiology. Other responsibilities include providing intermediate analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems to develop requirements for configuration of clinical applications, and providing solutions to intermediate to complex problems utilizing more efficient operational procedures, workflows, and information technology solutions. This role also requires an understanding of the assigned system applications, functions, and features end-users would experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and three years related experience in Epic hospital billing application.Note:Years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

+ Building and supporting the Epic hospital billing module.

+ Implementing and/or supporting Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Single Billing Office.

+ Community Connect experience is a plus.

**Job Duties:**

Provide system administration and support for all aspects of the Epic Hospital Billing system. Duties include assisting in the workflow documentation and analysis, validation, configuration, build and support of the Resolute Hospital Billing module. Resolute Professional Hospital Billing experience is a plus.

**Specific Job-Related Duties:**

+ Epic build and configuration related to Resolute Hospital Billing module.

+ Perform analysis to determine potential changes required to accommodate integration of Epic Resolute.

+ Hospital and Professional Billing modules and other Epic clinical modules.

+ Assist charge testing, integrated testing, system upgrades and in the preparing of training materials.

+ Strong collaboration skills with operational and technical resources.

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:**

Strong organizational skills; good verbal and written communication skills; strong skills using MS-Excel

**Work Schedule:**

Remote work,Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and after hours as required.

**Salary Range:**

Actual salary commensurate with experience.
