Accounts Payable Associate. Starting rate $20. Full time, 37.5 hrs/wk. Monday to Friday 8am- 3:30pm.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration;
  • or Associates degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • or Associates degree in related field and four (2) years accounts payable experience,
  • or High School Diploma/ GED and 4 years of accounts payable experience.  
As an Accounts Payable Associate you will: 
  • Sort, code and enter accounts payable data; verify and process vendor invoices, check requests and employee travel reimbursement.
  • Prepare cash requirements and schedule of check distribution for approval by Controller.
  • Process and produce checks for payment, insuring validity of claims.
  • Maintain vendor files and associated files for Contactors and Fixed Assets.
  • Prepare monthly detailed reconciliations for payables.
  • Prepare reporting and claiming documents for HUD projects.
  • Assist in annual audit and budget process as required.
  • Assist in the reconciling of consumer funds as necessary.
