Accounts Receivable Representative I

Responsible for managing a portfolio of higher profile accounts receivable accounts and the collections of the receivables due within credit terms granted to the customer. Manage the past due collections of all accounts assigned. Contact customers to Accounts Receivable, Representative, Account, Accounting, Grocery, Collections

Open, sort, date stamp incoming mail and match invoices with receivers accurately and timely. - Review trade and expense type invoices to ensure accuracy of vendor number, invoice number, purchase order number, general ledger number, invoice amount, Accounts Payable, Representative, Accounting, Grocery, Account, Vendor
